Jay Loftin is a proven leader in the ready-mixed concrete industry and a real asset for the Eagle Rock Concrete team. Prior to joining Eagle Rock Concrete, Jay served as a CFO/President of Ready Mixed Concrete Company for 29 years. During that time Jay successfully managed over 90 concrete plants and 800 people with integrity and business acumen.
A native of Ayden, NC and a graduate of East Carolina University, Jay has two children and enjoys hunting, fishing, and visiting the NC coast.
