We go to painstaking lengths to ensure prompt, accurate, and easy to read invoicing. Should you identify a discrepancy or have any questions, the problem will be addressed within 48 hours of notification.
Courteous and Professional Delivery Personnel
Our delivery personnel will be professional and courteous at all times.
Quotations and Bids
All quotations and bids not requiring a detailed take-off or unique mix design will be completed and turned around within a maximum of 48 hours.
We strive every day to keep you informed about relevant information regarding Eagle Rock Concrete, our business relationship, and our industries. If we know of any information affecting the delivery of your concrete orders, you will be notified immediately.
Telephone Calls Returned Promptly
All telephone calls will be returned in a timely manner unless we are out of town or on vacation. Any calls received prior to 3 pm will be returned by the end of the day in which they were received. Calls after 3 pm will be returned no later than noon on the following day.
On the Job Representation
A major component of our business model is Eagle Rock representatives who frequent your job sites.
We strive every day to improve our quality measures and provide products that meet your specific needs. All of our concrete products are batched using state of the art software and equipment to ensure your product is within the required tolerances. All recorded batch weights will be provided on request.
Eagle Rock Concrete will comply with all state, local, and federal environmental laws. We will make every effort to minimize our environmental impact and be good stewards to our environments.
Eagle Rock Concrete will continue to support our local communities and charities through our time and efforts. When practical, we will buy locally produced products and services.
